Poster Format

There is no specific required size. However, we recommend A0 (although it could be two A1 if easier to transport) for readability.

The poster will be hung on a wall using magnets.

Demo Format

The demo setup we propose will be composed of a desk, chairs, as well as desktop speakers or headphones.

The participants will be responsible for presenting their demo the way they prefer: hands-on, presentation, etc.

Be aware that due to space constraints, 3 or 4 demos will take place in the same studio, thus the space may be a bit noisy even if we plan to add some screens to separate the demo spaces.
