Fees
Early registration (until October 12, 2025)
- Academic and industrial: 350 € (incl. VAT)
- Artist, independant researcher and student: 150 € (incl. VAT)
Late registration (after October 13, 2025)
- Academic and industrial: 500 € (incl. VAT)
- Artist, independant researcher and student: 250 € (incl. VAT)
The fees include lunches, coffee/tea and a cocktail before the concert evening on Nov 20th.
Diversity tickets
We will deliver a limited number of diversity tickets - free registration - for artists and people with low financial means. Please contact us at wac2025@ircam.fr by September 30th if you feel that you're eligible.
