Conference venue

The venue for the conference is IRCAM, located near the Centre Pompidou in central Paris.

The conference will mostly take place on level -2 et -4 of building A. The main session of oral presentations will be held in the concert hall (Espro) on level -4. Breaks, lunches and poster sessions will take place in the foyer (Gallery) on level -2. Demos will be held in adjacent studios on level -2.

Accessibility

Most floors of the building are accessible by elevator. However, the concert hall located on level -4 is not accessible by public elevator. Participants in wheelchairs are asked to contact the committee at wac2025@ircam.fr so that we can arrange alternative access. Disabled access restrooms are available on the -2 level and the ground floor.

Personal care assistants do not need to register for the conference. Volunteers will also be available to assist attendees who need it.
